Once transportation is approved and scheduled by your insurance we will call to reconfirm that you are going to your appointment. we call to not only reconfirm the time but the pick address, drop-off address, pickup time, return time (if necessary), phone number, and any other specifics that would help facilitate the transportation. Once our driver arrives on location we will call the reconfirmed number and let the patient know to come outside with a description of the vehicle. the driver will greet you when you come out and reconfirm that they are picking up the correct customer. once you arrive to your destination the driver will get you as close to the door as possible! once you are ready to return you just give us a call and we will have a car on location in approximately 15 min!
